Skylier A. Blanchard owner/CEO for the Skylier Wear Collection Apparel Company begin to developed back in 1992 while working for a an apparel company call the Lilli Ann Corp. What inspired Skylier were the multi task operation and the difference departments of a fashion apparel company. Skylier first position was to add the sewing ticket everyday (called pick ticket) pick ticket is how the company kept track of how many pieces the sewer sewed per day. At the end of the week all the ticket were added and included with their hourly pay which was minimum wage the two where added together. This is how the sewers where paid.
Skylier next position was in sales an order entry specialist. This position added all the orders that came in from the rep and buyers daily and weekly.This position was a great position because it taught her how to recognize the processing of invoices and she save the company a million dollars processing orders is very important because if there not process in correctly the buyer can cancel the order.The fact of the matter is through this company see was allow to see an apparel company in full operation. She had a company to help her to develop her skills.
Skylier possess the natural skill s to understand how each department fulfill each task and goals. A natural artist skylier saves time and money by creating most of her work. Skylier also has daughters 28 year of age and 12 year old Skylier loves being a mom and loves her daughters. A lot of time we are rolled models to girls without knowing it. Her clothing and weekend program allow girls to come and learned about fashion. Her program has given girls confidence to build on a successful platform.
